What we offer
Analysis

As an initial discovery phase of your application integration project, we will work with you to analyse and map out your system workflows between your differing software applications to best support your organisations processes. The analysis stage of our application integration service includes aspects such as proof-of-concept testing of interfaces to existing systems, as well as prototype development in order to test software application integration flows with real data, prior to beginning larger scale enterprise application integration projects.

Automation

Through software application integration, we work to automate the processes of capturing, transforming and transferring information between systems; bridging the gap between different departments and functions in order to mitigate risk around data issues and significantly increase operational efficiency. We have extensive experience in working on enterprise application integration projects across finance systems, ERP and CRM, as well as incorporating offline data sources such as paper based processes and excel documents.

Approach

We adopt an adaptive, transparent and incremental approach to enterprise application integration projects, ensuring that any process or software application integration issue is identified and resolved early on in the project life-cycle. This approach allows us to rapidly deliver enterprise application integration solutions in the form of proof-of-concept and prototype systems, providing us with a communication platform to support a collaborative approach to the integration project.

Synchronisation

As part of our application integration service, we review your organisations processes and workflows in order to identify the most effective way to communicate with your current or planned software infrastructure. Within this, we identify factors such as how events and triggers are raised, how to query updates within your software systems, as well as understanding what internal processes are fired as part of calls to software application interfaces.

Performance

Further to our enterprise application integration services, we develop custom dashboards in order to provide a real-time view of the status of system links, with an audit history of batch transfers, trigger events and any software application integration issues. We then work to implement specific workflows to determine the best course of action, whether that be automated or manual, in order to resolve any performance or software application interface issues.

Extensions

Beyond software application integration, we have experience in providing enterprise wrappers for legacy systems. By developing wrappers for legacy systems, we are able to provide your customers and consumers access to underlining business processes via modern web and mobile software platforms, enabling additional workflows or validations to be introduced as a layer over internal core business software systems.

Our process
Project Review / Feasibility
01
Firstly, we have an initial conversation to run through your project ideas and challenges, get to know your business and discuss your current infrastructure to decide if a bespoke solution is the best approach.
Requirements Review & Backlog Definition
02
After analysing and defining your project requirements and roadmap, we work to define a backlog of features and prioritise using the MoSCoW method. The backlog is then reviewed and features are planned into iterations.
Development & Testing
03
We then begin developing your software application using the agile methodology, focusing on communication and collaboration, with shared ownership, ensuring that your end solution delivers the greatest value.
Migration
04
If your project requires, we plan, manage and schedule the migration process from one operating environment to another, ensuring the successful delivery of your project with minimal downtime and adverse risk.
Release & Post Release Support
05
As part of our end-to-end service, we support you in the release of your application and deliver reliable and secure hosting environments to suit your requirements in order to maximise your systems performance.
Ongoing Support
06
After your application has gone live, we offer tailored support agreements based on your requirements, making sure that your solution remains reliable and performant and continues to drive business value.
