MASTA have well-established partnerships with Independent Pharmacies, BUPA, STA Travel and Flight Centre amongst others, combined with their clinics based in NHS and Occupational Health establishments.

Background

MASTA were looking to develop a new platform to replace their existing E-Clinic platform, enabling MASTA to accommodate changes in the businesses underlying processes, upgrade to a modern technology platform and provide clinics with a richer online experience.

Solution

Once released the platform will streamline the process of appointment booking and consultation management for vaccine clinics, managing the complete process from initial consultations, assessments, vaccination courses and administrations, to ensure the safety of travellers. With integrated stock management and delivery functions to a number of differing locations, the system will encompass all functions of the vaccination process, giving MASTA's clients the ability to manage their operations in one centralised platform.
