When we set up Audacia we believed that there was a better way to deliver custom software.

There were two principles that fuelled our work:

  1. Whilst software can manage complex systems, software development need not be complicated.

  2. Success in software development relies on transparency, trust, genuine dialogue and deep collaboration.

These principles still inform how we work today. And we don’t work around the edges of businesses. We focus on software integral to the daily functioning of systems. This is what we mean by business critical software.

We've worked hard to create a culture that enables our clients to access technology solutions simply and effectively, as well as our people to thoroughly enjoy a challenging and interesting work environment.

We’re big enough to deliver integral software projects for industry leaders, but foster a culture and community that still deters from being another cog in the wheel. Everyone is valued here. Everyone has a say.

There’s no question they were the best choice to work with. One of our key factors was availability. Since we moved to them, the site has had zero downtime. In the last month, we haven’t had even a second of unplanned maintenance. That’s exactly the reliability and sustainability we wanted.

From start to finish the working relationship between Audacia’s team and ours was productive from the iterative development approach, meaning we worked in shorter time frames but increased levels of communication to ensure all updates were reviewed quicker. Audacia’s end platform delivered on all aspects.

Two things stand out for me. First, I love the diversity of projects. Moving on to different challenges regularly is refreshing, whether it’s a new language, framework or problem to solve. Second, the office atmosphere is something I really love.

Rachel Flynn, Senior Software Engineer

Audacia software developers

One thing I really like about Audacia is that they look for people who can fit within their teams and within the Audacia culture. They hire nice people, first and foremost. This culture has definitely shined through with every project that I’ve worked on or any person that I’ve spoken to. Everyone is really approachable and friendly.
