Software Development Environments: Visual Studio 2017 Released

Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of our development environment of choice, Microsoft's Visual Studio.

Along with the celebrations of the last twenty years of coding with Microsoft technologies, and their gigantic impact on the software industry, the day also bought the release of the latest version, Visual Studio 2017.

The new version brings a huge array of new tools for web development, mobile development and testing, and enhancements to speed and reliability meaning a happier coding experience for us, and better quality products for our clients. As such we have started making the move to the new environment immediately, and are very excited to get started with all of the new features it brings with it.

If you're interested in the launch event, and the new features of Visual Studio 2017, you can find out more at Microsoft's launch page, https://launch.visualstudio.com.
