Hospitality Ticket Ordering Platform
Overview
Wr!ghts, one of our clients needed help in designing and producing a ticket booking, issuing and administration system for one of their clients Telefónica O2.
Working in partnership with Wrights, Audacia developed a web based platform used by account managers, partner managers, team managers and event administrators to manage all aspects of the process; from budgeting tickets for events, through to issuing tickets to customers.

Data Management Suite
Overview
Wrights are a marketing agency specializing in creative, translation, print and fulfillment.
At Audacia we have been working closely with Wrights developing their business critical data management platform for the production of daily batches of print and email. The system is used by Wrights to help automate the process of producing letters and email campaigns on behalf of their clients, and used to manage everything from data conversion to handling email bounces.
Overview
Fortelus Capital Management, a London based hedge fund specialising in distressed assets, worked with Audacia to review their daily business processes.
Audacia developed a suite of Excel based tools, which integrates with their existing trading platform, to automate the production and reconciliation of end-of-day management information reports, such as: daily P&L reporting, administrator reconciliation and front to back office reconciliation.
Bower Roebuck
Overview
Bower Roebuck and sister company Saville Clifford are textiles manufacturers, specialising in the production of ultrafine all-wool, 100% cashmere, cashmere blend and silk blend cloth. Their collections and reputation have been well established with designer houses and brand names in Europe and the Far East.
Audacia have been working with Bower Roebuck to manage the upgrade and integration of their existing operations management system.
Tariff Expert
Overview
Tariff Expert Ltd is a telecoms consultancy, specialising in billing analysis technology used by Telecom Providers.
The Tariff Expert product itself is a web portal that enables Telecom Carriers, Resellers and Dealers to upload electronic billing data or input summary billing data for instant and accurate bill analysis, used by Telecom Providers to show their customers the benefit of transferring their telecoms business or retaining their telecoms account. Audacia took over the development of the Tariff Expert solution from a prototype to its live release.

Overview
Yorkshire Gas and Power are an energy reseller delivering gas and electricity to businesses throughout Yorkshire and mainland UK.
Audacia worked with YGP to build a web-based automated billing platform. The system manages customers and suppliers, captures meter readings, manages brokers and quotes, calculates energy costs, and automates the process of generating statements and invoices.
Recruitment Posting Platform

HR Connexions is the UK's most flexible, online recruitment company. Combining the latest online software with cost effective internet advertising.
Audacia developed a job posting platform that enables organisations to manage campaigns and post jobs to multiple job boards. Once jobs have been posted, the system can then be used to track and manage job postings.
Substance Cost Manger

TT Environmental are a technical environmental consultancy helping industry and business meet their environmental obligations.
Audacia produced a flexible and simple web-based platform that allows TT Environmental to automate the costing, quotation, invoice and rebate management of SIEF (Substance Information Exchange Forums) memberships, as regulated by REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation & restriction of Chemicals).

Treeplex is an online networking and communications platform for professional individuals and small businesses.
Audacia was contracted to design and develop the platform, consisting of a business directory, a professional network and a suite of business communication, sales and marketing tools, all integrated into a single online framework.
Risk Management & Trading Platform

TD Securities structure and trade complex equity, currency, interest rate and credit derivative products. Audacia's services were employed by the Advanced Equity Products trading desk to provide a risk and trading management suite of products.
Audacia's consultants and developers worked with equity derivative traders and quantitative analysts to implement a framework with the ability to manage historic pricing data, such as volatility surfaces, and integrate with in-house pricing models to price and analyse a variety of complex equity derivative products.

Audacia developed a desktop application that manages customers, sites and contracted work. The system integrates with Microsoft Office to automate the production of quotations and associated documents.
Climate Challenge Site
Overview
ITV is the biggest commercial television network in the UK, broadcasting the most talked about television and making a major contribution to the UK’s culture, economy and communities. ITV recently released a new website and asked the public to make pledges to help combat climate change.
Audacia's Consultants provided ITV with a solution that managed the pledges made by visitors to the climate challenge site, as well as developing Microsoft Office based tools which enabled ITV to analyse the pledges once they had been submitted.
